Repair Authorization & Risk: I authorize Invis.IT to diagnose and repair my device. I understand repairs carry some risk of further damage, and opening the device may reveal hidden or pre-existing damage — if extra work or cost is needed, I'll be contacted for approval before anything proceeds. *

Data & Liability: I am responsible for backing up my data; Invis.IT is not liable for data loss. I release Invis.IT from liability for data loss, pre-existing or hidden damage, and minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from repair. *

Parts & Warranty: OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts may be used. The 30-day warranty covers parts only (not damage, misuse, or accidents). Liquid-damaged devices may not be fully repairable and may fail during or after service. *

Terms & Payment: Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days become the property of Invis.IT Solutions. Payment is due in full at the time of pickup. *
